Happy Cinco de Mayo! In quarantine, but hey, we’re getting used to it now (kind of). Also, it might seem like there’s a glimmer of hope on the horizon. To celebrate the holiday, which also happens to be Teacher Appreciation Day, I thought I’d share with you my favorite 8 Easy Mexican recipes. The ingredients are EASY to find, the ingredients are simple to work with, and each recipe is DELICIOUS!
