Maple Macadamia Nut Cookies

Yeah, macadamia nut cookies are great, but have you had MAPLE macadamia nut cookies? So festive, so delicious. My favorite maple syrup is from Lakanto… trust me when I say, it’s drinkable. Replace the butter with butter flavored coconut oil and you’re on your merry dairy-free way!

Gingerbread Poke Cake

Also called a butter cake, this gingerbread version is so festive and delicious, with all the cinnamon, clove, ginger flavors melding together with vanilla and molasses. The literal icing on the cake? Sweetened condensed coconut milk. Oh yessss. Need the recipe? I’ve got you covered — click here and get this recipe, plus so many more!

The star of this delicious salad is the beef — prep it 24 hours in advance to absorb the rosemary, oregano, avocado oil marinade. The dressing is nice and tart, paired with jicama and salad greens, topped with macadamia nuts. Delicious, and now, you don’t have to decide between celebrating Christmas and staying keto.

A keto stuffing? Is that an oxymoron? Not when you use veggies like turnips, onion, carrots, and mushrooms! I like to amp up the fat in this dish by adding cubed sausage — it combines so perfectly with all the rosemary, sage, and thyme! Get the recipe and so many more in my Keto Holiday Cookbook.

Roasted Pecan Green Beans
